- A Micro-lot coffee is a very small lot (usually only 40 sacks per year) grown on a particular plot of land, from a single farm, that is processed separately. Only the ripest cherries are used, special attention and time is dedicated to sorting these beans resulting in a 85+ cupping score.
- The work put into producing micro-lot coffee is evident, not only with the complexity of flavour and aroma, but the clarity and balance of the taste.
- This Micro-lot coffee is also certified Organic, fermented for 36hrs, washed, then sun-dried.
